Benjamin Zephaniah is an internationally renowned performance poet. His first book of poetry for children Talking Turkeys was at the top of the bestseller list for months. His other books include Funky Chickens, Wicked World and Face.

Prodeepta Das' photographs have been published in over 20 children's titles. In 1991 inside India, which he also wrote, won the Commwealth Photographer's Award. His previous books for Frances Lincoln are I is for India and Geeta's Day.
