You can pay by cheque (all cheques
must have the cheque guarantee number on the back) or postal

Faxed and Email Orders:
When payment is sent and has cleared your order will be
dispatched.
Please send payment
with orders placed by post.
Delivery:
Goods are usually dispatched within 14 days but please
allow 21 days for delivery. Please add 20% of order value
for postage and packing £10 maximum. Orders over £250

Terms and Conditions:
a) All
claims for non-delivery of goods must be made within 10 days
of invoice date.
b) Incorrect or damaged
goods must be reported to the company within 3 days of receipt
of goods for claim to be considered.
c) Please do not
send back any goods unless requested to do so by the company.
d) Please note goods
contained in online catalogue are offered subject to availability.
On occasions goods will be discontinued for reasons beyond
our control.
e) Ownership (title)
of the goods only passes to purchasers on full payment of
the appropriate invoice.
NB- Whilst prices are correct at the time of going on line,
we reserve the right to make changes where applicable without
further notice. All books/resources are offered subject to
